Ryan Seacrest Has the Routine of a 5-year-old

According to the New York Post:
"It is a great life," he said of his work load. "It's nose to the grindstone Monday through Friday. It's what I like to do."
But the host of American Idol AND E! News Daily goes to bed at 8:30!
"I find my life is always hurry up and get to the next thing, that's my kind of pace," he said. "I've almost conditioned myself that way, and it drives me and the people around me crazy if it's not like that."
Ryan will be interviewing Tyra Banks for a special segment which airs tonight at 9 on E!, called "The Interview With Ryan Seacrest: Tyra Banks."
