"Like I really . . . I don't remember. I'm not like that smart," stated Paris Hilton recently. That’s the understatement of the century!
Paris, 25, who is currently promoting her self-titled debut album, admits that she has very little memory. She also said, “"I like forget stuff all the time.”
Paris made these statements to police investigating her connection to an extortion crime related to Joe Francis, owner of “Girls Gone Wild.” Francis was apparently burglarized and molested by Darnell Riley, who invaded his house, tied him up, and taunted him with a sex toy. Riley also forced Francis to say he enjoys gay sex.
After the incident, Paris Hilton allegedly tipped off Francis to the fact that Riley may have been the intruder. Paris had a similar extortion case happen to her- in which a man stole personal tapes from her home and tried to sell them back to her. Paris, it seems, saw the connection between the two cases and informed Francis, but now has no recollection of ever having told anyone anything.
The audio of Paris’ tape, where she says she really isn’t that smart, will be shown Saturday night on Dateline NBC.
I think Paris Hilton has been advised by her lawyers to distance herself from the Joe Francis scandal and that’s why she says she doesn’t remember anything and isn’t that smart. Thoughts?
