Paris' publicist Elliot Mintz must be flipping a shit by now...
The heiress' Range Rover was pulled over AGAIN! Although the incident turned out to be a routine traffic stop, this is Paris' like billionth run-in with the law recently.
In the past few months, Hilton has been pulled over for a DUI, got into a bar fight with Shanna Moakler, and was sued by Zeta Graff for slander.
Girl can't seem to stay outta trouble!
