Paris Hilton Files Restaining Order Against Shanna Moakler

Paris Hilton has allegedly filed a straining order against Shanna Moakler.
This legal action comes after their two stars' fight at Hyde Nightclub on October 4th.
"She [Shanna] hit Paris in some pathetic attempt for attention," Travis Barker, Shanna's ex-husband, said to friends. "It's disgusting. Who's home watching our three children while she's out in a nightclub all night causing a fight."
Paris Hilton was rumored to be dating Barker, of Sum 41.
"She threw a punch in my left jaw so hard," Paris claims.
Shanna's rep denies that the Dancing with the Stars contestant ever hit the heiress.
