Actually, she has a point...
Nicole Kidman has just turned forty but she's not scared about her looks changing as luckily for her she's had the same figure since she was fifteen.
The ex-Mrs Tom Cruise celebrated her birthday last week and put her slim figure down to not worrying about what she eats.
“I've always had this long, lean body type and I haven't changed since I was 15,” she told Closer magazine. “I eat healthily, but I also love pies and chocolate."
Meanwhile, a snapper accused of planting a listening device outside the actress' Sydney home has had all the charges against him dropped.
The device was discovered in 2005 and police suspected Jamie Fawcett of trying to eavesdrop on conversations between Kidman's security guards.
The paparazzi photographer, who had previously been subject to a restraining order brought by the Moulin Rouge star, said he felt he had been unfairly targeted.
The New South Wales state Department of Public Prosecutions (DPP) gave no reasons in court for withdrawing the charges.
"I am often asked about the feud between Miss Kidman and myself. In fact, I don't have any opinion whatsoever about Miss Kidman, other than to wish her all the best," said Fawcett.
