Nicole Richie (who is massively pregnant) and her boyfriend slash baby daddy Joel Madden were denied a home in a gated community in Southern California by their snotty neighbors!


Nicole and Joel apparently applied to live in the house only to be let down.

"Nicole was livid because she loved the house," the source says. "She thinks it's a BS reason, but she couldn't fight it."

Haha, ok...well I guess the neighbors were concerned about the photogs or whatever. Too bad!
