Birth Certificate
Here is Dannielynn's birth certificate, which lists Howard K. Stern as the father. According to the laws of the Bahamas, Stern is now the legal guardian of the baby, who was left motherless when Anna Nicole Smith suddenly died today:
"On the death of the mother of a child, the father, if surviving, shall, subject to the provision of this Act, be guardian of the child, either alone or jointly with any guardian appointed by the mother. "
No word if Howard will enter the legal battle left behind by Anna over the baby's paternity.
