Mischa Barton was handcuffed in West Hollywood for suspicion of DUI, possesion of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance. The police picked her up for driving while stranding lanes and appearing intoxicated. The O.C. star was driving on a suspended license and was released on $10,000 bail.


Mischa Barton is 21 and is also starring in some crappy movie about the band T.a.t.U.
