Hello out there! First of all, I want to thank everyone for checking out my blog and to my six (6!) daily readers...Thank You! (God, I feel like I'm giving my Oscar acceptance speech!) I feel such pressure...When I saw the six, I started to have a "Dave Chappelle" moment (Am I worthy? Can I produce enough and interesting material to KEEP them? But then I just thought, "Just do what you do, that's why they like you!" (You like me, you really like me!" That's Sally Field's Oscar acceptance speech for the youngies!)
Onward and upwards with the dastardly deeds and doings in the celeb world....
Well, I guess we now know who is number 3, (celeb deaths) it's the beloved Peter Graves! He was so cool on "Mission Impossible" and anything else he was in because of his distinctive voice. At least he lived a long life (as did Merlin Olsen) and they are saying he died of natural causes...heart attack. (What? He wasn't running a fever and having flu-like symptoms? Sorry...I couldn't resist!) It's nice to see celebs live to an old age, it's just kinda rare...like mob bosses!
Liam Hemsworth (who?) said that he finds it interesting that the paparazzi chase him around since he is dating Miley Cyrus (a.k.a smiling virus!) He is a soap opera actor from "down under" and her co-star in her latest movie (aren't all her movies like the same storyline...I'm leaving the big city, to stay with one of my parents, in the country, and while I'm there, I meet this guy and we fall in love and when I'm not with him, my parent talks about how I'm becoming a grown-up!) Don't get me wrong...I like Miley...Long before the whole world knew about her, I predicted that she was going to be as big as she is (I watch the Disney channel occasionally due to my young daughters!) Miley's acting on "Hannah Montana" (especially in the beginning) was genius! She was like Amanda Bynes, Melissa Joan Hart, and Carol Burnett (she does a lot of costumes and physical stuff like her). I thought "This girl is good." But why has she taken over Jennifer Love Hewitt's job of welcoming every young actor in town by making them her boyfriend (hence, the name "smiling virus!") The only news people write about her now is her lame movies and who she is dating! Miley, I know you are young and want to have fun, but you are on your last 5 minutes (there are so many others coming along...fast, (Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez, etc.) Do something constructive (like some GOOD acting with a REAL script!) because before you know it, it will all be over...just ask your dad!
Paul Schneider (who? who are these people?) has decided to leave "Parks and Recreation" for a movie career...People, didn't we have this talk the other day with Katherine Heigl? Were we not listening...taking notes? Not that anyone watches "Parks and Recreation" anyway (I have but very, very sparingly, it is funny, at times but I still don't know him!)
You don't leave any show that you have a solid role for a maybe, kinda, sort of, movie career (here it is (again!) in big letters: REMEMBER DAVID CARUSO!!) You only leave for the big screen if you become as big as Will Smith, Denzel, even Mark Wahlberg for crying out loud! When you are making 20 million per picture or all the movies you are in make big bucks like Avatar, then you leave! Side note: Parks and Recreation has added Rob Lowe. Why does every show that is trying to stay on the air always add Rob Lowe (in the male category) and Heather Locklear (in the female category)? These two are ancient history! Hey, didn't I see both of their 15 minutes on that "Startifacts" website?
For fans of "The Apprentice", you don't want to miss the next blog! (I love that show!)
Bye for now!
