Madonna, 48, has adopted baby Luca (aged one) from an African orphanage in Malawi.
The singer chose the baby from a line-up of 12 children.
The standard process for adoption usually takes 6 weeks, but Madge is hoping to fast-track that with her lawyers.
Madonna and her husband, director Guy Richie, already have 2 children- Lourdes and Rocco. Lourdes is her daughter from her previous relationship with Carlos Leon and Rocco was born from her relationship with Richie.
The couple reside in England. According to a source:
"The singer has already had emotional meetings with Luca on Wednesday and yesterday. She is expected to visit him again today - Mother's Day in Malawi."
