Dina Lohan, Lindsay's mother, wants her to take some tips from Angelia Jolie and expand into the action and adventure genre.
Angelina, who starred in 2003's Tomb Raider, became a well-known action star after the film.
"I would love to see her in an action movie, like an Angelina Jolie movie," Dina tells Star Magazine's David Caplan. "I would like to see her in a kickboxing movie. She could do it."
And how is Lindsay going to cope with being an action star after suffering a break-up?
"They're friends still," Dina says. "They're really sweet. They're so young. And with all of these engagement stories that came out so quickly, it was just too much."
