"New York, New York (BANG) - Linda Evangelista is currently beaming with pride and joy. The supermodel recently became a mother for the first time after giving birth to a baby boy.
Augustin James Evangelistam was born on Wednesday in a hospital in New York City.
The 41-year-old Canadian catwalk queen has refused to publicly reveal who the father is.
Her agent, Didier Fernandez, is rumored to be the dad, but he exclaimed he was rendered 'speechless' by the claims.
Speaking about her pregnancy over the summer, Evangelista revealed she was 'embracing' the experience.
She said, 'I'm not freaked out at all. I embrace it. I believe I'm doing everything to go through this as smoothly as possible. I'm either doing yoga or exercising every day.'
The model also insisted that motherhood would not spell her retirement from the catwalk.
