Kate Moss and Pete Doherty are trying to conceive....a crack baby I'm sure.
Kate reportedly told a friend, "I love him and know that, for all his faults, I will spend the rest of my life with him. I also want my little girl Lila to have a brother or a sister."
Kate has a daughter, Lila Grace, from a previous relationship and Pete has a son also from a previous relationship.
