The two Hollywood stars had a date at a restaurant called A Votre Sante in Brentwood, California. The restaurant is halfway between their two homes. According to this website, the couple were, "two were chatting, laughing and leaning in close to each other" throughout their lunch date.
Kate Hudson, 27, split with her husband Chris Robinson in August after 6 years of marriage. It has been rumored that she was involved with Owen prior to the break-up. Hudson and Robinson have a 2-year-old son together, Ryder.
Robinson is from the band The Black Crowes and Hudson is the daughter of Goldie Hawn.
