Ok, this is why I officially hate life...Jessica Alba admitted that she hasn't worked out in months!!!


"I don't listen to it. I don't read it," she told PEOPLE about the speculation that she has recently lost weight. "I think it would make me crazy if I did."

"I haven't really worked out in two months, but I do like to do yoga. I'm not on a diet. "

Fing bitch...haha.

that sux...but Yoga is hard .......so i would actually count that as working out if it makes you feel better.....but let's face it she probably starves herself.....

I would take her comments with a pinch of salt......you CAN"T look like that and not work out. It must be scientifically impossible.......isn't it?
