Jeffrey Sebelia Cheats...Maybe

So Jeffrey Sebelia may or may not have cheated on his final collection for Project Runway.

When Tim Gunn visted his LA home during the finale, he exclaimed that Jeffrey had "a lot of work to do"...yet his work was miraculously completed just a few weeks later.

Also, Jeffrey's style is ragged and deconstructed, yet the work on the show was clean-cut and polished.
