Janet Jackson's $30 million Apartment

Janet Jackson, who recently lost a reported 60 pounds, is looking for $30 million apartments in Manhattan.
The singer is reportedly interested in a 9,000 square footer in Manhattan’s Columbus Circle.
If Jackson actually buys the apartment, it will go down in the books as one of the most expensive deals ever struck.
The record-breaker for most expensive goes to mogul Rupert Murdoch, who paid $44 million for a 19-room apartment on Fifth Avenue.
This is interesting- Janet Jackson reportedly also confirmed dating Matthew McConaughey (when did she do this!?) although she is currently dating Jermaine Dupri and says she is very happy with him. The two have even been rumored to be engaged.
She told Upscale magazine about the closets in the apartment, “Jermaine could take the bigger one. He has way more shoes than I do and I’m a shoe whore!”
Janet is currently promoting her new album, 20 Y.O.
