Alaskan native Holly Madison, 28, is still dating her grandfather...er...boyfriend. ..Hugh Hefner...who is 81. Holly and Hef are trying for babies...and Hef still doesn't seem to want to settle down! Madison and Hefner started dating in 2001, after she moved to L.A. to attend college and to become a Hawaiian Tropic girl and Hooters model. Holly, who is Hef's number one bitch, has spoken openly about her plastic surgery...having undergone rhinoplasty and breast augmentation to increase her A-cuppers to a D-cup...which is HUGE!


What does Hef think about marrying Holly? "There will certainly be a lot of romantic years ahead, but a wedding we will see," he told Us Magazine.

Hugh Hefner and Kimberley Conrad are still legally married- the two wed in 1989. Kimberley Conrad is 45. Holly's birth name is Holly Cullen.
