Heather Stohler Dies in Fire

Calvin Klein model Heather Stohler has died in an apparent accidental apartment fire in Indiana that she shared with her boyfriend, Daniel Risley. The model died on Sunday the 12th and her boyfriend died on the 13th. Heather Stohler appeared in several ads alongside Kate Moss. She was 29. Her boyfriend was 26. The home was at Sixth and Broadway, located in Vincennes, Indiana. Police reasoned that the cause of fire was in the kitchen, where several pots and pans were left on the burners. The apartment had no working smoke detectors. Risley suffered substantial burns across his whole body before dying, whereas Stohler died immediately of smoke inhalation.
