Heather Locklear has left a treatment center, where she was being treated for problems with depression and anxiety.
"Heather's feeling really great," says a close friend. "And she looks beautiful, just radiant," according to People magazine.
Although Locklear's recovery is "a work in progress," she continues to recover.
She is "back home with Ava," her 10-year-old daughter with her ex, rocker Richie Sambora.
