Heather Locklear Busted for DUI

Heather Locklear was officially charged with DUI for her September arrest in Santa Barbara. The drugs in question were "prescription medications." Heather's had a tough time recently. What with the DUi and the breakup and yadda yadda yadda...just not good. I hope she cleans up her act!
