Um...wow...here's Dontella Versace, heir to Gianni's fashion throne, in St. Barth's over the weekend. The 53-year-old has admitted to plastoic surgery and, by the looks of it, has burnt her entire skin to a crisp!


Oh, god! It looks like a leather coat or something...a leather coat that was put through the washer! Donatella, you need help!
