A Korean woman was so obsessed with plastic surgery that she ended up injecting cooking oil into her own face, leaving it greatly enlarged and disfigured. The woman, 48, had her first procedure when she was 28. The surgeries left her face grossly large and disfigured, to the point where children began to call her "standing fan." Her parents didn't even recognize her after he surgeries! Sad!
