Here's a picture of the glamorous Miss Britney Spears outside of the Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood. Miss Spears, 26, looked like an angel in her torn fishnets, braless saggies and ciggy. I think her ratty wig or extensions or whatever's in her hair really completed the look. I mean yea, bitch is mental, but daaaamn even I don't look that bad on a hang-over day. Get it together, girl!

One of the hallmarks of mental illness is that a person doesn't do even the most basic of grooming. It's very common in bipolar disease...They obviously shouldn't have released her so soon.
