Actor Corey Haim employed "doctor shopping" to obtain 553 prescription pills in the two months before his death and obtained the meds through seven different doctors and seven pharmacies, California's Attorney General said Tuesday. This story saddens me deeply. I have a friend ,who is a "Hollywood" producer and he can verify (he has the SAME problem!) that for some reason, in this industry, they have a hard time sleeping! (See the Lady GaGa story from yesterday! Michael Jackson and Heath Ledger supposedly had this problem as well!) That usually is the main culprit, sometimes the pills are for pain i.e. Jeff Conaway! At least when Heath died, my friend immediately got scared and I warned him to be CAREFUL! For all of the money that there is in Hollywood, there should be some type of treatment other than pills that these individuals can participate in to save their talented lives! I believe no one should DIE because they can't go to SLEEP! Check out the video!
