Anna Nicole's Paternity Suit

Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend, has issued a legal order requiring the ex Playboy model to return to California with her new born Dannie Lynn for a paternity and drug test.

The suit is also requesting legal and physical custody of the baby.

Birkhead "believes beyond any doubt that he is the father," discounting Anna's husband's claim that he fathered the child. Anna Nicole married longtime pal and lawyer Howard K. Stern.
