Michael Scott, Anna Nicole's lead attorney, has resigned.
He is said to be disturbed that she wed boyfriend Howard K. Stern even before funeral arrangements for her dead son Danielw ere finalized. He also cited disagreements on matters of strategy and concerns about her conduct.
“A disagreement on a commercial transaction made it difficult for us to remain as counsel,” Scott told The Associated Press over the phone.
“It was not really an amicable parting,” he continues.
There were “strong differences of opinion between myself and Howard over strategies,” said Scott.
