Ok, I really don't understand this picture. Either Adrian Grenier stuffs his pants, or he has a weird and rather lumpy package. I'm guessing this picture was taken for Halloween: he's supposed to be either someone from the Blue Man Group or Aquaman ala Entourage Vincent Chase whatever. Adrian Grenier, what are you doing? It looks like you stuffed a bunch of rocks down your pants and then called it a day. Either that or his penis has giant warts or something- in which case I take back all of those girl wet dreams I had about you. Maybe.
