Britney Spears was spotted hand-in-hand with her ugly-ass photographer hook-up, Adnan Ghalib. This is shortly after her release from 72-hr mental lock-down at Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills. Apparently the pop star is now banging the 35-year-old videographer. The pap is Afghanistan-born and British-accented.


They are reportedly in Palms Springs sipping mimosas.
