Patrick van der Eem, 34, a "friend" of Joran Van der Sloot, the man who was allegedly last seen with Alabama teen Natalee Holloway said on tape that she saw her collapse on the beach and got another friend to dump her body in the ocean in Aruba.
"Suddenly she started shaking and then she didn't say anything," Van der Sloot said in Dutch. "I would never murder a girl."
Natalee Holloway was a beautiful blond 18-year-old when she disappeared while on vacation in May 2005.
"His story changes over 20 hours," said Joran Van der Sloot's lawyer. "What he says is that she died, he panicked and called a friend from a pay phone, which by the way is disprovable because the Aruban coast guard has already looked at that pay phone. There's no such calls. They have the records."
